How far in advance do I have to book a vehicle?

Ideally, you should book the vehicle as early as possible.
If you book at least 30 days in advance, you will receive an early bird bonus of €50 (€100 for three days or more).
Of course you can also book with us very spontaneously. If the vehicle you want is available, you can pick it up 3 hours after your request.

What are the pickup times for your vehicles?

According to our opening hours, pick-up times are Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
On weekends only by arrangement.

Are there additional fees?

We have no additional fees. We have no surcharges for additional drivers and no surcharges for younger drivers.
Exception:
Gross contamination of vehicles.

Charging fees + cleaning fees for Tesla.

How does a rental work?

Renting from us is totally uncomplicated.
You choose a vehicle and arrange a desired date with us.

On the day of the rental, you come to us and together we will draw up a rental agreement including a handover protocol with all the data. Your experience begins after you enroll.

What do I need for rent?

In principle, you must meet the minimum age and pay a deposit in cash or credit card.
At the start of the rental we need from you: The rental fee, the deposit, a valid driver's license and your address.

What happens to the deposit?

The deposit serves as security for us and also for you during the rental period.

If the vehicle is returned without damage, you will receive the deposit back immediately!

Be careful when depositing with a credit card: Depending on the card provider, canceling the deposit can take a few days.
 

Can I leave my vehicle with you?

Naturally!
You are welcome to park your vehicle safely in our garage.

The vehicle you want is not available due to an accident - what now?

Of course, we hope that this case will never happen - unfortunately we cannot guarantee this case.
We are trying to find a replacement vehicle. If you are not satisfied with this, you will receive the full rental amount back.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for hotels etc. that have already been booked.

What is the deductible in the event of damage?

You can find the deductible in the event of damage in the vehicle price list. This amount is the maximum amount that will be due in the event of a total loss - excluding intentional damage or a violation of the rental conditions.
If the damage is less than this amount, only the actual amount + any processing fees will of course be invoiced.
We will of course give you a cost estimate in advance and guarantee fair billing.

What happens in an accident?

The most important thing: stay calm, treat the injured and call the emergency services (if necessary)!
Furthermore, we as the landlord (0664 5042107) and the police must be contacted immediately.
An accident report must be filled out and signed by both participants in the accident.

We must also be sent pictures of the accident site.
